Yeah, I kinda had that thought the other day/. I mean, River would be more close to the Tardis than other companions, because she has some part of the time vortex in her... even if it's just a fraction.

And yes! Teasing the doctor is always fun, especially when there are two of them :) Also the Tardis has known River for longer than he has, because she is time in a way, and I think we only see her present because it's the companions' present, but really she is everywhere at once.
