MOD NOTE: Clearer definitions of a couple rules
I just wanted to make everyone aware that I added a couple things to the rules on the main profile page.
It's nothing big, just a clarification of voting (i.e. not begging for votes outside the community) and also that I am allowing Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures inspired fics into the community.
