Summary: Rose is ready for an adventure, what will the Doctor and the Tardis bring?
Rose gripped on to the railing shouting for joy as the Tardis raced through time.
“Doctor?” Rose asked as the Tardis steadied.
“Yeah?” he replied.
“Where are we going next?”
“Where do you want to go next?” he asked.
"Um, I dunno. Somewhere exiting?”
A big friendly grin spread across the Doctor’s face. “I can do exiting,”
He danced around the Tardis mumbling space talk, flipping his switches. “There we go, are you ready? Outside is a planet, an exiting one.”
“Yeah, lets go!” Rose grabbed him by the leather jacket, eager to see outside.
“Okay, hold on you.” said the Doctor, laughing at Rose’s impatience.
Rose stood by the door and looked back at the Doctor.
“Yeah,” he said, motioning for her to open the door.
As soon as Rose opened the door at least 50 bandits had the Tardis surrounded. They drew their swords, Rose stifled a scream as the blades almost got her. They shouted at her in a different language, but the Tardis loosely translated: Get out and surrender. We might let you live. We might not.
“I don’t have anything! You don’t want me!” Rose said, trying to protest.
“Yes. Get out.”
Just as they reached in to take her she was pulled back into the Tardis by the Doctor, she was breathing heavy. “Yeah, it doesn't take long to find an adventure.” the Doctor smiled, transporting them out of there.
“Or get killed,” Rose play-punched him in the arm.
“Okay. Now where?” the Doctor looked over at Rose, who smiled back at him.
“I dunno, somewhere, calm...How ‘bout a planet without the danger. Just the looks, got any of those, do you?” Rose asked.
“Oh, yes!” the Doctor plunged in a new coordinates to the Tardis, and they were off again.
