The sun coming over the crest of the Earth like that will never get old. Not for her anyway. The Doctor can take her to faraway plants, alternative universes, stars, moons. The Doctor can show her new alien creatures, from the very tiny, to the large, from the cutest to the damn right weird. And that sight, the sun rise over her home planet, will never get old.
She gets the Doctor to make the trip every so often. And maybe it's to remind her of home. Where her story with him began. Where her own personal story began. Maybe it is all about the view.
You can live on your planet all your life, and you're lucky if you can explore most of it. But it's only ever the surface you get to explorer. You are so lucky if you can get there; view the world from a distance. Explorer the world from afar. See the world through fresh eyes. Well, not fresh eyes, but from a different perspective.
It's exciting and refreshing. Almost like when you go on holiday and come home. It's a familiar sight and it fills her heart with joy. And maybe that's it. The way she feels when she sees it. That feeling will never get old, and so seeing the sunrise coming over the crest of the Earth like that will never get old.
