Ohhhh, this is so, so beautiful, I absolutely love it ♥ I love the idea, Mels' distress and that gesture and the music from Darillium. I love how very intent the Doctor was, the wonderful descriptions at the beginning, and Clara being so puzzled and ill-at-ease because she could tell something was going on within the Doctor and she had no way of reaching him. I love the dialogue between them, how faraway and dismissive he sounded, not against Clara, but because there are things he just doesn't share. I love Clara thinking that the Doctor's acquaintances always had a "somewhat". Complicated, tangled lives. The ending was very moving ♥ Lovely work!
