Why I'm Recommending this: Because I've found that it's suddenly getting a lot of surprising attention--I've recently had a request for a continuation, which I've had to turn down. It makes me kinda nervous--it's one of the most extreme things I've ever written, due to adult-ish themes, which I make a practice of not dealing in. I actually still can't believe I wrote this. Proud of it, but I'm a bit O.o about it, lol.

Warnings: Alternate-universe scariness. Waltzing around some, to me, slightly uncomfortable content.

Summary: You're beautiful, brilliant, fascinating. I can understand why the Doctor was trying so hard to protect you. You are well worth the effort.

By the time I'd finished reading, I was on the receiving end of some strong 'It's a Wonderful Life' vibes; don't know if the author intended that or not, but that came across powerfully and very effectively.

Summary: "One event you wish hadn't happened, and it's undone. Just like that."
