The effect was rather spoilt by the fact that he had it upside-down. As the quiet stretched on uninterrupted the fingers on his left hand began to twitch, drumming out a nervous staccato on the tablecloth. Yep, that's Eleventh :) I like that the reasuring coming from the bow tie comes later and it's not used to identify the Doctor's incarnation. You can recognize them by their behaviour, can't you? :)
