Oh yes, definitely. There is so much more I would have liked to know about Lucy, not least how she got from the woman who danced gleefully to the sounds of millions of people dying to the (apparently) battered wife in The Last of the Time Lords. It's something I've been thinking about a lot lately as I've suddenly found the impetus (not sure from where!) to finally complete the last two chapters of the Valiant fic I started way, way back in 2007 - because The End of Time meant I had to change my theory that Lucy was *designed* to be instrumental in killing and resurrecting the Master. So, yeah, I've been thinking about her a lot. And I love all the little details you've put into this fic, like treasuring silence, and the Master waking her up in the night to share things with her, all little ideas that fit so well with my idea of the Master might have been with her, what her life might have been like.
