Mod Post: WELCOME!

Hello to all members new and classic! Starting today, who_contest will be run mainly from Dreamwidth. Contests and announcements will be up to date here, and we hope to get lots of participation. Originally we were hosted at Livejournal, which is now become a mirror site. Yet most of the activity from the mod side will be here at Dreamwidth.

If you are Who writers from Tumblr and Livejournal, you may also enter as well. My only request is that you be a follower of the Tumblr account, or a member or watcher from the Livejournal account. When voting time comes around, I will use either your DW, LJ, or Tumblr user name, which ever you prefer. Though it will be easier if you post directly here to the Dreamwidth community from this point forward. I just want to make sure all members and participants are comfortable and feel welcome!

If you have any questions let me know! This is a pretty laid back community. Our first challenge for the new year will be announced soon!

Saw this advertised on who_at_50 - it's been a long time since I've written fic in any form, and longer still since it was Who-fic, but I've been wanting to get back to it lately, and this looks like a good way to begin! (And, I hope, will maybe also result in me using DW more? I have become very lazy about updating over the past few years...)

Looking forward to jumping into the first challenge that sparks the muse, and will definitely share this with my flist. I can already think of a few takers. :)
